we liked truly everything!!!!!! thank you very much for hosting us! -lady at the reception was welcoming, explained a lot, -the room was amazingly clean, we had a feeling as if no one was living there before us, -the room itself was nicely designed, gave quite comfortable feeling, -other guests stuck well to the quietness rules, -surroundings are quiet and near the forest, -I could continue endless.
nothing really critical -it would be probably helpful to those who stay longer or cook a lot in house to have a dishwasher in the room, but it didn’t bother us

Great experience all in all
We (as a family) have spent 3 nights in this beautiful place and it was a great experience. If you love nature and want to relax we highly recommend to stay here. + There is a large green area around the hotel and you can play, barbecue and relax there. + There is a dedicated parking place to each guest and you can safely park which is a big plus. + Our apartment was on the first floor and it had great insect nets so that we could easily open the windows for air circulation. + There were many storage possibilities/wardrobes in the rooms. + It had a very large bathroom and the pressure/warmth of water was great. + There were lots of kitchen equipments and utensils available. + There were bicycles to borrow for free to go to the bakery.
There is not much to complain but the following points could be considered: - You can access WiFi only outside the apartment. - The stove was old and thus too slow. - Our apartment was on the first floor in front of the street which was a little loud and noisy during the nights. - You need a car for driving to the supermarket.

Erg rustige locatie. Je kunt mooie fietstocht maken naar Binz.
Internet werkt niet optimaal. Ligt toch verder van Sassnitz dan gedacht om 's avonds met fiets te bereiken.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt am Waldrand ganz in der Nähe zum Strand
Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage! Viel Platz außen zum verweilen direkt am Waldrand. Zur Ostsee sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Bäcker Peters ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Die Familie ist sehr nett. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Sehr saubere Unterkunft und alles vorhanden was man braucht!
Einzig die Geräusche, die zeitweise vom Fährhafen kommen, sind etwas laut, aber es ist auszuhalten.
