親子3人での利用でしたが、寝室も4部屋あり、リビングも広くまったり時間を過ごす事ができました。
3階のベランダの床のペンキがカビ汚れで少し汚く感じたのと、1階シャワールームから匂いがありました。

全体的に安かった。また、設備としては新しい方だと感じた。
フローリングの剥がれ、壁紙の剥がれ、カビなどが目立ち少し綺麗好きな方ならキツイと感じた
