Bad value for money!

Nice historical building, great architecture and good location

We’ve been a bit disappointed, especially as the building itself is very special and nice. However the room was aged and smelled like cigarettes. With the old bed on top it’s sort of a youth hostel experience, therefore we can’t be very positive from our end, especially given the rate per night of around 200 CHF without breakfast!

The house is super beautiful and well designed by Rudolph Olgiati! We couldn't ask for a more interesting place to stay. Perfect location in the heart of Flims and surrounded by other beautiful buildings from Olgiati. Patrick received us in a very warm and friendly way!

Pool temperature a bit too cold for the extremely hot general temperature of the space. Price a bit too high for the general conditions (no breakfast or amenities included).

Beautiful property in great location

The property has unique architecture in good location for hiking,skiing , and etc. it was exceptionally clean, it had very nice common area and kitchen, a lot attention to details. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the experience.

Very cute place to stay

Very friendly and uncomplicated hosts. check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated. Room was clean, although not the biggest, which isn't a problem. It's located near to the Cauma-Lake which is very beautiful.

Not recommended for young children

Staff was friendly. The building was interesting. Rooms and public spaces were clean.

Booked a "Suite" with terrace and mountain view for a family with small children. The suite turned out to be two separate double rooms, connected through either the corridor or the terrace. The terrace was missing railings for some parts which made it not suitable for children. Furthermore the bathroom with shower turned out to be just a shower and a sink in the room, with the toilet being shared in the corridor. The rooms did not quite meet the expectations of what we thought we had booked. After our first night we left this guesthouse and moved to a hotel more suitable for a family with small children.

Great place to crash after a long day of snowboarding

We booked three rooms as we were staying with a group of friends. the water pressure and temperature in our room was fantastic just the shower was a little tiny, the beds in the rooms our friends had were super comfy and our bedroom had a toilet. Additionally the view from the terrace off the rooms was amazing and to get to the resort there was a free ski bus stop just down the road or it was a quick 15 min walk up the hill. Lastly the pool was wonderful and perfect after a day of skiing. the host was wonderful

The bedroom we stayed in the mattress was flat and hard and did not match the description on the welcome letter. Our friends rooms did not have toilets and had to use the community one in the hall and their shower water pressure was very low and didn’t have hot water so they needed to use one of our showers that had hot water and good pressure. All the rooms were very tiny

Komfortable Wohlfühloase in schönem, ruhigem Quartier in einem architektonisch aufregenden Haus

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Quartier. Das Haus ist sehr schön und besticht durch seine einzigartige Architektur. Die Einrichtung des Hauses wie auch der Zimmer ist extraordinär und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail. In den super komfortablen Betten haben wir ausserordentlich gut geschlafen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche wie auch die kleine Küche im Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es hat alles was man braucht, sogar einen Liegestuhl und einen Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon. Dass man auch das Wohnzimmer und den Garten mitbenutzen kann lässt einem wohl wie zu Hause fühlen.

Schade, dass wir die Besitzer nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten.
