Really good place

I had a lot of room to store my suitcase and things. The price was good and the property was close to where I needed to go. Also it was very quiet.

The hotel was very good equipped. I spend lots of time in hotels and comparing to another ones (in Kiel and Hamburg), it was the best accommodation, what I had in whole year.

I had problems with internet connection when was raining.

Clean, cosy and comfortable

Very friendly welcome. Nice place, cosy, located in a green residential area. About 15 min by frequent city bus service into the centre. The room had everything I possibly needed - if only it had a proper kitchen added to it, I would love to live there!

No problem for me, but be aware that when using public transport, you have about an 8-10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.

In waldreicher Umgebung und trotzdem Autobahnnähe eine wunderschöne Möglichkeit Ausflüge rund um Kiel zu unternehmen.

Sehr gute Ausstattung (z.B. endlich mal genügend Bügel vorhanden; sowohl Schreibtisch als auch kleiner Esstisch, sehr gute Matratzen, viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Beleuchtung, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle ermöglichen Selbstversorgung) Das sehr helle, lichtdurchflutete Zimmer(Verdunkelung vorhanden) mit seiner dezenten und geschmackvollen nordisch-maritimen Dekoration hat mir sofort gefallen. Ein sehr geräumiges Bad mit reichlich Ablagefläche ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt.

Freundliche Gastgeber, sehr geräumig und hell, für mich in sehr guter Lage, tolle Terrasse, guter Preis, Parkmöglichkeiten immer kostenfrei vorhanden

Ich war zum 3. Mal da und Staub ist und bleibt ein großes Problem. Besonders in den Volants. Matratzen könnten bequemer sein. Leider war dieses Mal im Bad der Hygienemüll vom Vorgänger da.

Viel Platz für 1 Person Sehr hell

Die Tochter sollte alles mit mir abwickeln, kennt sich aber kaum aus. Im Bad alles sehr verkalkt. "Kochnische" sehr spartanisch, es gibt dort nicht mal Wasser. Matratze ist ziemlich durchgelegen, habe ich mir erstmal umgedreht. Das über Booking angekündigte Frühstück gab es nicht. Hatte innerhalb von 3 Tagen vor der Anreise 2 Emails geschrieben, die wurden nicht beantwortet. Habe beim Bezahlen nach der Rechnung gefragt, die würde angeblich per Email kommen, habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber, die Lage prima (700 m zur Buslinie 31, 900 m zum Bf Kiel-Russee). Die Wohnung hat nur einen Kühlschrank, etwas Besteck/Geschirr, Wasserkocher (also keine Küche), aber das steht ja korrekt in der Beschreibung und wir kamen als Frühstück-Müsli-Esser damit gut zurecht. Fehlende gängige Kleinigkeiten mussten wir nachfragen, bekamen sie aber gleich. Fam. Giese war norddeutsch-freundlich, alles hat gut geklappt. Durch die Dachschrägen ist manches ein klein wenig beengt, aber doch OK. Die Betten waren bequem. Ich war mit meinem knapp 14 jährigen Sohn da, war brauchten als kein Doppelbett (für manche Pärchen hätte der Spalt zwischen den Betten (zwei nebeneinanderstehende Einzelbetten) vielleicht gestört; für uns war's natürlich OK. Am Ende muss man sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut war und wir gerne wieder kommen, wenn wir mal wieder Kiel besuchen. Herzlichen Dank für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Es gab keine wirklich großen Defizite (was ggf. stören könnte, steht oben). Wer eine Küche wünscht, muss sich eine größere FeWo suchen, bekommt dann aber sicher kein so gutes Angebot!

Die sehr ruhige Lage

Es war leider nicht sauber ,bei den Betten wusste man nicht ob die Wäsche überhaupt gewechselt wurde . Der Fliessenspiegel neben dem Bett erinnerte mich an meinen Arbeitsplatz, ein OP,das Frühstück für 2 Personen für 16 € war in keinem Preis Leistung Verhältnis

Das Badezimmer

Es war zu wenig Besteck. Zu wenig Geschirr. Ich musste für mich und meinen Kindern Müslischüsseln kaufen. Da war nichts vorhanden. Dazu kommt, dass die Mikrowelle dreckig war. Überall Spinnweben. Unter dem Bett war Staub. Ich konnte sehen wie da gesaugt/ gekehrt wurde. Am Bett hingen Spinngen. Die Vorhänge, die an den Fenster hinten wurden schon lange nicht mehr gewaschen. Die Teppiche im Zimmer müssen mal ausgetauscht oder in die Reinigung gebracht werden. Die Küche war keine Küche sondern nur ein Kühlschrank, mit einer Mikrowelle. Das Kinderbett musste ich beziehen. Da habe ich mir alles zusammen suchen müssen. Zum Glück bin ich fündig geworden.

Leider haben wir die Rezensionen vor unserer Buchung nicht vollständig gelesen. Sämtliche dort negativ dargestellten Dinge haben sich bestätigt. Das Appartement hat seine guten Zeiten schon sehr lange hinter sich. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind überholungsbedürftig. Es riecht muffig. Eine angebotene Nachbesserung war zeitlich unrealistisch. Zum Glück haben wir noch eine andere Unterkunft in Kiel gefunden. Der doppelte Preis war uns dann auch egal.

Viel Raum für das kleinere Budget

Mir gefällt die Lage, da es ruhig gelegen ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, riesiger Balkon mit Strandkorb und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche.

Nicht gefallen hat mir der Staub und Kalk (Wasserkocher und Dusche), aber dafür stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
