An ideal location uf you’re landing in Bologna and then exploring Tuskany by car (the average trip to Florence, Pisa, or even the seaside, Siena, Pienza etc. takes 1,5/depending on your plan). After a intense day, you can return and enjoy the tranqulity of this montain seclusion, takich a break and relaxing by the pool. Wonderful and understending hosts. Mrs. and Mr. Parretti has to wait for us until 8:00 PM because we were late, having already gotten into the whirlwind of sightseeing. The showrd us around and explained everything.

Second time here, still a lovely place

Very very kind people! She brought us salt for cooking (there is a fully equipped kitchen) and even helped getting my husband a little birthday cake without him knowing

The weather wasn't the greatest, but thats ofcourse not in the hands of the owners :)

Perfect. Ideal. Romantic. Charming

Charming and calm Villa surrounded by a beautiful landscape. In my opinion, you can get every single thing you imagin about Tuscany if you book Villa Francesca. We had great family dinners and breakfasts with the noise of the birds singing. It has been an absolute perfect stay. Alessio and Monica were very kind and helpful.

I didn’t like to leave. I could live there.

Best countryside villa!

It is a countryside villa with the greatest view I have ever seen. The hosts are very kind and friendly people help us with the road and bring everything that we needed additionally. Recommend this villa for your holiday!

Superb

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Francesca. Monica and her husband went above and beyond for us, which we are so thankful for. The Villa is like stepping back in time and has been very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of areas to relax alone or together when traveling with a big group. The little play area was a big hit for us also. Very safe and plenty of shaded areas for children. The pool with its fantastic view over the Tuscan countryside was a huge bonus and definitely highlight for adults and children alike. We used the public bus to visit Florence which was a great service, although times were a little restrictive.

Rough country road to enter the property. This is highlighted by the hosts to be fair and didn't cause us a problem. Some of the Showerheads could probably do with updating but did a grand job.

Det faldefærdige hus med en fantastisk udsigt.

Værten var hurtige til at købe et nyt komfur, da det eksisterende ikke var mulig at lave mad på.

Huset er ved at falde fra hinanden. Møblerne i huset er gamle og ormebidt, der er ikke et behageligt møblerne at side i. Huset ligger på en meget dårlig vej med store huller i. Det kræver en landrover at komme op til huset. Poolen bliver ikke passer dagligt, liggestolene var i stykker. Ikke pengene værd 😬😬
