Everything 5 star. Beautiful room, excellent staff, amazing restaurant and an excellent breakfast. Plenty of car parking space.

Love Caerleon- travelled for work to Newport and it is very well placed . I chose to stay here rather than the Celtic Manor to have easier access to local amenities eg Roman Legion Museum and historical sites.
We stayed for a few nights and the room was rather cosy!
Understand that in small rooms you have to make most of space but the shower could be redesigned so that less space is taken up by taps . Also sink is too small and restricted by shelves.
All minor things given how much we love the hotel, staff and location!

The hotel is lovely, we had a cottage, but they have been made smaller since the last time we went, poss to make the rooms dog friendly.
Still beautifully decorated but rate doesn't reflect room.
