The location. Conveniently off the main road to Windhoek but a good distance from the road in a secluded area. The landscaping is nice, with pretty plants and cabins spread out. Views across the field. Good wifi. Clean pool with circulating water. Staff were working hard.
We don't have long showers, but the hot water ran out for the 2nd person in 2 of the 3 chalets our family stayed in. The pool area didn't have enough deck chairs or towels. The evening meal was very game heavy. Not many animals to see. We had a big group (13 people) staying at the same time, which was a shame - made the place feel less special.

Two geriatrics on a Namibian road trip. Karla and family were fantastic hosts. Karla went out of her way to ensure that we had two rooms, instead of the double we had booked, to relieve the amount of walking we'd need to do to access the other accommodation.
The meals were fantastic, with a wonderful outlook on a water hole, frequented by eland, springbok and a regular confusion of guinea fowl.
The accommodation was comfortable, with everything we needed. We enjoyed the dogs, too. Special thanks to Paulline for her assistance and patience.
A place of calm and serenity.
