The stay was throughout okay, nothing extra special. Room was okay and clean, staff helped when asked but weren't very hospitable. Parking was available at the front. Breakfast was quite good.
Staff was a bit grumpy, tried to check in early - staff didn't allow but they wanted to take our passports already and hold them. Obviously we didn't give passports to hold as they are only allowed to take a copy, so took them and asked for the photocopy only when arrived. No idea why they even suggest to keep the passports, not a very good look.

The location was good and the room was spacious.
We didn’t find the welcome very warm. I think we smiled more at the staff during our stay than they did at us.
What really disappointed us was that on our final morning, there was no breakfast buffet like on the previous days because we were among the only guests staying. We were given a very disappointing plate with some fried dough tossed on it. We had to ask for a drink ourselves because that was not included in that poor breakfast. Honestly, we wouldn’t have dared to serve that ourselves.
Another downside was that the staff used their phones on speaker while they had nothing to do, which is disturbing for guests.
There are definitely still some areas for improvement in this hotel.
