Lovely gardens and beautiful buildings and rooms. Lots of nice places to relax around the resort or on the balcony.

Other people can be a bit noisy as their doors don't shut quietly.

Everything are great. The ambience is so nice. The staff are great.

I really appreciated the ambiance and aesthetic — it feels like a special place. However, a few aspects made the stay less enjoyable. The room, while decent in layout, is in urgent need of renovation — repainting and plumbing improvements are clearly necessary, especially with the persistent smell from the bathroom pipes. Noise from the surrounding area, including loud music, continued well past 11 PM, which made it difficult to rest. I understand the central location comes with city life, but better sound insulation or noise control would really help. Lastly, breakfast could be improved — the current options felt limited. Switching to an à la carte menu using fresh, high-quality local ingredients could really elevate the experience.
