The hotel was lovely. The staff very welcoming
Nothing really. Only 2 lifts so we took to the stairs sometimes!

Property is spatious and well maintained, restaurants, rooms and the spa services were excellent.
Wish we stayed a few extra days.

The rooms are small, even claustrophobic those without balcony. It’s extremely crowded because of the high number of small rooms.
Breakfast is a complete disaster, sometimes you can’t even find a table, very noisy with children screaming, running, etc. The variety of the food is ok, but for instance at 9:30 there are no croissants.
Maybe the hotel shouldn’t be letting people to take away food for the rest of the day for the entire family.
The spa would be ok, if it wasn’t crowded, even with time slots scheduled, which is not respected, and if the staff wouldn’t talk loud and laugh next to the relaxing room.
