The hotel is ideally located just outside Tivoli, making it a great choice if you want to stay in the area. The staff were incredibly kind and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. A huge plus is the café at the front, where you can easily buy bus tickets for a quick and cheap ride into the center to visit Villa d'Este. Even better, Villa Adriana is just a 15-minute walk away! Both villas are absolutely worth the visit and can easily be seen over two days. The terrace is also a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast or relax with a book.
The only downside for us was that our bathroom was located across the hallway from our room. This felt a little awkward with other guests around, and it also made the hotel quite noisy, as you can hear everything happening in the corridor.

Inexpensive 1700 meters from entrance to Hadrian’s Villa Clean room
Biggest problem was the difficult check-in procedure. The manager was not there to greet me and his instructions over WhatsApp video were difficult to load.
Good luck finding available parking on the street. We had to park 4 blocks away.
Breakfast consisted of old, stale sweet rolls in the shared kitchen or 10% discount on pastries and coffee in the bar downstairs
