Wow! What a great stay we had. The cabin was perfect for our group with plenty of space and all the amenities needed. The creek was just below the cabin which we waded and fished in. The hiking trail onsite was also great for adults and kids alike. Close to everything else and the dirt road to get there wasn’t too bad. That said, make sure your vehicle can drive in dirt and rocky roads. Will come back in a heart beat.

Our family had a fabulous time at Big Moose Lodge. The property and house was beautiful. I think we have found our yearly getaway with our kiddos and their families. We have had requests to return from all the grand kids! The house was extremely convenient with having four masters. The grands had a ball in the loft and game room when they had to come in from outside. The creek was a huge hit!! We stayed in it and caught fish, crawfish, chased butterflies, skipped rocks, and basically just sat and played in the water. We also found a deeper swimming area and a sweet spot for many fish!! The hot tub was a big hit as well! Our family cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay and play. We look forward to making this a yearly vacation spot. I will be booking as soon as I can to secure our dates.

Stayed with my family for our annual Memorial Day Getaway. ! st time at this cabin. Great Site. Secluded! Great for large family. My 7 grandkids (ages 2-10) LOVED the creek! Perfect for kids. Not bad for adults either. Little off the beaten path but well worth it!

This place was great! Away from the hustle & bustle. Great for my annual large family get-a-way to Broken Bow. Large house with plenty of room for the large family. The real winner was the creek! My 7 grandkids (ages 2-10) spent hours in the crystal clear creek. Shallow enough for the little ones & a swimming hole up the creek for the older ones. Mom's/Dad's & even Pop-Pop sitting creekside watching kids put down the tablets & just skip stones, chase fish, look for crabs & look for colorful rocks for hours. Fantastic! Owner was quite helpful in letting me check-in early. My family will be going back!!

There was a total of 13 of us that stayed in the cabin. It was spacious and loved the layout of the cabin. We stayed out on the back deck a lot of the time. The scenery and the sound of the water running in the creek was so relaxing and peaceful. Some of us played in the creek. The water was clear and cool. The walking trails were beautiful. It was a wonderful stay all the way around. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again.

Gorgeous cabin with a lot to do on property and located near some fun activities near Broken Bow and Hochatown. Stayed with 10 people total and we had plenty of space for all of us. The creek and trails behind the cabin were fun to explore. The host is so friendly and responds quickly. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The property and the house were beautiful. The open dining/living area was spacious and had a beautiful view with the large windows. The long dining tables were perfect for the size of our group of 9 adults, 1 teenager, 2 middle school kids, and 3 preschool. The bedrooms were comfortable, each having a large bathroom. We did bring extra sleeping beds for the toddlers, which helped. The creek along side the cabin was relaxing, and the trails gave both adults and kids plenty of room to roam and experience nature at its best. The fire ring area was a nice area for the group to relax, and the hot tub was used frequently. There were plenty of dishes and glasses/cups. The can openers weren't easy to use and knives were dull. Fortunately, we brought additional kitchen appliances and utensils. The mattress in the bedroom with the walk-in shower did seem to be breaking down which made us have to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling off the sides. The biggest issue was the strong smell of sewer gases outside which did affect the enjoyment of being out outside close to the house, around the playground equipment and the fire ring. Unfortunately that smell did affect our outside enjoyment and we only were able to use it when the wind was blowing the smell away from us. I believe that issue can be addressed however. Overall, a beautiful cabin, outside area that was very relaxing and enjoyed by all ages.
