Amazing location but poor service
This property is simply amazing, the inside and outside. The suite was super comfortable. Location is simply perfect
Very poor breakfast - stuff is not fresh at all Very poor service - no English menu in the restaurant, staff does not speak English nor help you with the ordering. We arrived at breakfast to find no table available (they need to set them somehow) even though the restaurant is huge. For dinner we had to wait very long compared to other customers. We want to leave early in morning but you can’t check out because doors are locked and there’s nobody at 8 am even though the checkout times indicate it should be possible. Just poor service overall.

Pour le même prix on aurait trouvé mieux à Gérardmer. J'ai été déçu.
Diner pantagruélique, difficile à digérer mais service rapide et efficace.Petit déjeuner correct.
Accueil plutôt froid. chambre sous le toit à l'accès difficile pour des personnes âgées. Une ventilation de la salle d'eau et du WC faisant un bruit constant désagréable à l'ouïe, qui a perturbé notre sommeil.

Le personnel du restaurant très gentil
L'accueil pas sympathique de la responsable , la chambre petite 35° impossible de dormir car nous étions au dessus de la cuisine livraison le matin à 8h devant notre fenêtre .Ménage vite fait et nous avons retrouver notre porte ouverte alors que nous avions toutes nos affaires personnel. Le restaurant trop de monde aucune intimité et le poisson refuser car il était immangeable .le petit déjeuné très moyen . Le prix est trop élevé pour les prestations . Nous ne retournerons jamais dans cet établissement

L'auberge au top, très bon restaurant, pas de viennoiserie au petit dej.
La dame qui nous a accueilli très froide, pas très sympathique, rustre. Sinon l'auberge et le dîner au top, nous y retournerons certainement. Pareil pour le départ, lors du paiement, la même personne, peu sympathique, même pas demandé comment s'est déroulé notre petit séjour, si on a aimé, si on reviendrait ou non, rien pas un mot, très froide, pas commerçante
