The staff was very nice and when I asked for breakfast 30 minutes before they normally offer it they did. There was no dirt on the floor and everything looked clean!

It was at times hard to contact the staff since they were often away from the desk, and contacting through what’s app at times was very responsive quickly, at times there was hours wait between responses. But this could just be due to the fact it was a slower time at the place? The room was quite humid the first night. When I was in the room for when they were cleaning, the cleaner looked to just brush off the bed and make it, not fully changing the sheets or pillow cases after people had slept in it.

Very clean and beautiful room. We were welcomed with a drink and the host was very friendly and helpful to explain the city.

1. The host did not answer my two messages prior to our arrival, related to our expected check-in at 1 a.m. His answer to my question about it incuded in the booking procedure was that my request "cannot be arranged ahead of time". I ask myself: when, if not in advance? He was there, he let us get in, but after being asked about unanswered messages he said that the answered the first one, sent via booking.com - and that is not true. And, in addition, he was trying to fool me by stating that I have sent sms to a wrong number, namely that in Turkiye one should not skip zero in front of their phone numbers when he/she puts the national call-number (+90) in front of it. That is also not true. I cannot understand such a behavior. 2. I reserved the room with an air condition. The device was there, but not a remote controller. We were freezing all the night, because only summer bedding was offered. We got remote controler (kept at the reception) next morning, together with appropriate bed cover. In host's opinion it was our fault, because we were supposed to call him on his mobile phone (around 2 a.m., namely as soon as we noticed the problem). But when I called him three times in the morning, he did not answer. The explanation was the same as above: allegedly, I was calling a wrong number. It it not true, and I can prove it. 3. The room (Nr.4 - standard double-bed room) was too small, the bathroom too big and cold. We had two hand-luggage suitcases, and we could hardly pass by them around the bed. With bigger suitcases it would be impossible. No wardrobe, only a small hanger on the wall. We had to put our clothes on the bed, there was no other option available. It was very uncomfortable.
