Very standard for alps

Small room, recommend not filling the rooms to max capacity - not much place to store your belongings of more than 2 ppl staying. Advertised as 300m to the ski lift but it's more like 500m.

Be aware, they will try and deduct costs from your deposit
Nothing much I'm afraid.
Staff are extremely poor. They supplied the minimum of items. Just the simple request of more towels, and additional bin liners was met with the most abrupt reply. Its all about minimising their costs on their side with no effort in assisting customers. What made us furious was despite spending at least 2 hours cleaning and hoovering the floor of the chalet, they had the cheek to complain it was not spotless and wanted to charge us cleaning costs and deduct from a large deposit given to them at check-in. Be aware of using this company as I believe its a common practice to try and deduct costs from your deposit.

Cheap but not worth it.
Very cheap
Having to pay a €200 deposit for €300 a week room. I also had to clean the room at the end of my stay including removing the linen, putting the dishwasher on and taking the rubbish out.

A shuttle bus each 30 min will bring you close to your hotel, the driver was super kind. Shops and supermarket available in the village, shuttle bus to male the link with other villages is available (even if always a bit late on the time schedule)
The shuttle between the villages should be free. Mandatory to book the restaurants if you want to have a table for dinner

Has to walk down hill to go skiing which was often very slippy and was not that close to the lift.

Tudo foi muito bom. Super recomendo
Boa localizacao, apartamento amplo pelos padroes que em que ja estive. Tudo muito organizado no local e ainda por cima eles ofereciam a possibilidade de comprar um pao, croassaint ou pao de chocolate para ter algo o que comer pela manha. O local tambem oferecia diversas atividades ao final dia para que voce possa interagir com os demais hospedes.

Très bien mais, malheureusement, un accident de ski, l'a écourté.
J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l'accueil le dimanche 16 mars vers 17h00. Une hôtesse d'accueil, probablement la responsable, était vraiment aidante et aimable.
La longueur des couloirs (je plaisante un peu en faisant cette réponse).

La tranquillité, l’emplacement et la possibilité d’avoir un chien et l’aménagement du studio très pratique
L’accès au extérieur sans l’ascenseur… le parcours est digne de l’épreuve de la boussole.
