A little too crowded in August for Obon

The onsen was very relaxing . The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and tasty .We also booked in for an oil massage which was super relaxing .
The machine check in at the front desk was a little uncomfortable . Arrived late and tried to book in for dinner but couldn't get seated because it was too close to the cut off time .
