Everything was clean and comfortable.

Location since it was close to where I had my work meetings.

Food is not allowed in the rooms. I understand making food not being allowed but not being able to eat in the room you pay for is inconvenient. Since there’s a restaurant attached it might beso you go eat there instead.

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel’s excellent location, welcoming restaurant and breakfast service

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially its convenient location close to the area we needed to be in. The restaurant downstairs was excellent, and I’d like to commend the lady serving breakfast, especially—she was outstanding and made the mornings a pleasure.

I believe the rooms would benefit from updated furnishings, which would further enhance the overall guest experience.

A nice hotel with ample parking right outside. The hostess was exceptionally friendly, and I was able to check in earlier upon request. The room was clean, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The room had blackout curtains, which I really appreciated. Downstairs, you can also dine at an Asian restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed

I always give fair and honest reviews, but this place fell really below standard. The bathroom was clean. The restaurant next door was amazingly good and redeemed my stay.

Firstly the place was not open when I arrived. The building looked abandoned. Nobody responded to my phonecalls. Was eventually let in by very nice woman who ran the restaurant next door. I never saw any hotel staff. There were brown spots on sheets. Stains on the cushions and carpets.The pillows were large cushions - not comfortable, neither was the bed. The toilet cistern dripped loudly. Generally not good enough and over- priced.

We have been before so knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Breakfast is good and the Chinese restaurant is very good.

Having to make a phone call to get in. There is nothing else in the area, ie bars, shops, restaurants.

Couldn’t stay as disgusting place!

Nothing.

Looked like a dumping ground. For Sale signs up and no sign of owner. When she eventually turned up after a call from B.com she lied to us. Didn’t want to show us the rooms and told us to cancel! Dirty sheets in the corridors. Thankfully we were able to rebook a stunning hotel through B.com. Just awaiting a refund now.

Terrible service and dirty room

Not much

The room smelled of grease and mould. The sheets were dirty (had body hair on the bed, and the sheets on one side looked dirty), and the rooms weren't made once. There was no breakfast available for the stay. Staff were not readily available once.

Unavoidable lousy experience

It was the only accommodation available in the area we visited for a family occasion

We hardly ever saw the staff. Breakfast, in area where coffee shops do not exist, was only available if pre booked After the first night only one towel was replaced and after the second night the roomS were not done at all. The used sachets of tea/ coffee were never replaced. The “free toiletries” were five small bottles of the same soap. And the room lacks maintenance. The duvet is just as wide as the mattress and the only light blanket even smaller.

Restaurant and terrace are closed indefinitely, which was not mentioned on the booking site. I stood in front of a closed door for 15 minutes and had to call 2 numbers to get someone to open the door. I never got an invoice, even after a phone call and 2 mails. Poor breakfast.

On quiet nights it is acceptable / convenient but depending on others staying, difficult to sleep.

Located close to where I was doing business. The restaurant located in the same building also owned by hotel owner was very good.

The walls were quite thin so the second night I was awoken by sounds of the neighboring room that make the average person blush and at three different occasions, partiers returning or not waking at the strong knocking at their doors.... I was not informed that one could have eggs for breakfast on either morning but at the point where I finished my second day breakfast, eggs were brought to the table next to me. As a diabetic, it was effectively a carb heavy diet which eggs could have offset.

Worst/dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in

The black out shutters were good. Nothing else was good at all.

Where do I start? My booking said no breakfast on Sunday. However I was looking breakfast on the Monday and was told no. The room was awful. Pubic hair on the toilet. Shower gel dispenser broken. Toilet roll holder missing. Shower seal missing so floor got wet and slippy. Stains on carpet. No air conditioning. Just a fan screwed to the wall pointed at the bed that just moved warm air around, plus the cord was held together with tape. There was no plug socket at the desk so I had to plug the kettle into the hair dryer socket in the bathroom. I asked for secure parking and was told it was round the back in an open yard with a missing gate. I had dinner in the restaurant. Food was all right. When I paid the credit card machine mysteriously reset itself and she tried to charge me twice. Total scam. I checked my balance while it was starting again and was able to prove the money had already gone from my account but she tried to make me pay again. Where I was seated for dinner it was next to a flower bed at shoulder level which had cigarette butt's laying in it right next to me. There was an open door in the hallway with an ashtray sitting. I've stayed in cleaner homeless shelters in the past. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

An excellent choice for a short stay on the road

It is an all round good offer for the traveller that wants a short, resting stay. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, which is a great convenience. Very good breakfast, personalized, great coffee. The settings, a tranquil, charming, prosperous village in Luxembourg allows for most pleasant walks.

Good place as a base to explore the local area.

The hotel is on the outskirts of town, so it is a little walk into town. There is an Asian restaurant downstairs with good sushi and Chinese dishes for a reasonable price. It is older, but is in good shape.

Not the fault of the hotel - but it is on the edge of a busy intersection. I found it hard to exit the parking lot. Best to park as far to the left as possible as this gives you more room to turn around and exit.

I appreciated the window looking over the main road; I appreciated the room as a whole; I liked the parquet on the floor.

I disliked the cleanliness as a whole, I disliked the used toilet paper available and the dusty on the curtains..... very orrible.
