This hotel is not worth the price.

Bed was nice.

They gave me the wrong key-card Twice! Put me in the most far away room. Towels were completely worn out, old and ugly. We were 3 ppl but only gave un 2 towels. The view is a parking lot full of rubbish. Food is super overpriced. It sucked. Pool water was ice cold.

Outside looks great, private parking lot.

I called several times to the lobby without any response prior to arrival, once there the lady was inattentive, not busy, not caring. From the outside the building looks great, but rooms are dated. Parking lot was dark and busy, did bot felt secure.

the room conditions are terrible it’s dirty and not clean it all. I would not recommend the hotel due to this conditions. I requested a better room twice and I’ve been told that they were not available as the floors were they are located were out of service.

Out of four days we stayed here, two days there was no hot water in the shower. The swimming pool was not heated, as was advertised. The heating in the room did not work.

A good choice

The location , close to the Museum five minutes away by car. Room was comfortable.. Breakfast was Included as a Genius Member. The restaurant made some pretty decent food for Lunch and at a reasonable price. Pool looked nice, but we never used it..If we return to Xalapa again this would be our first choice to look at booking a place to stay.

Nothing of note that upset us or we thought could be better, the only negative was the shower curtain had a hole so some water went onto the bathroom floor. Has a look of more of a business hotel so on our stay it was quiet as it was early new year.
