Struttura nuovissima fronte mare, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da ristoranti e taverne. Il nostro studio era molto ampio, dotato di una bella cucina e di soggiorno, oltre che di una grande terrazza da cui ammirare il mare. Il parcheggio è proprio di fianco alla porta d'ingresso. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, anche con una prenotazione - come la nostra - last minute.

Beautiful views from two different balconies. The beach is thirty seconds from your door. You’re so close to the sea that you can hear the water as you fall asleep. The two-floor apartments have plenty of room for a couple—we were very comfortable there. The proprietor is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive.

These aren’t bad things, just things to keep in mind: the beach is rocky, so bring water shoes if you want to swim. Although it’s under an hour’s drive to most of the island, the place itself is a little isolated—the nearest small town is a 10- or 15-minute drive through the narrow hilly roads. We loved the peace and quiet, but there’s often only one place that’s open for dinner if you want to walk. (That said, we tried all three of the beach restaurants and they’re all completely fine. We were worried they might be tourist traps, but they’re not. There’s also a small kitchen if you’d rather cook.) Also, make sure to use the restaurants as your destination for navigation with Google Maps. If you try to use the apartment, you will end up with a crazy mountain route fit only for goats!

Αριστη τοποθεσια....κυριολεκτικα διπλα στη θαλασσα ....ο ηχος των κυμματων στο μπαλκονι μας... το συγκεκριμενο διαμερισμα ηταν μεζονετα....κατω κρεβατοκαμαρα και μπανιο...πανω καθιστικο τηλεοραση κουζινα...ευρυχωρα μπαλκονια και στους δυο οροφους. Καθημερινη παρουσια της γλυκυτατης Aggelikis που μας ελυσε καθε απορια μας βοηθησε να οργανωσουμε τις εκδρομες μας και γενικα ηταν παντα προθυμη να βοηθησει...χαρηκαμε για τη γνωριμια αγγελικη και ευχαριστουμε πολυ....αν βρεθουμε ξανα στη χιο ξερουμε που θα μεινουμε....

Tesis sakız adası merkeze 25 dk uzaklıkta çok tatlı bir köyde bulunmakta.Yönlendirmeler ile kolayca ulaşabildik. Angeliki ye sıcak kaşılaması ve ilgisi için özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Tesisin konumu mükemmel, plaj çok yakın ve deniz gerçekte çok keyifliydi. Şezlong temini için ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Oda manzarası inanılmazdı. Yakındaki restoranlar çok keyifliydi. Tekrar Sakız adasına gidiip daha uzun konaklamak için sabırsızlanıyorum. Herşey için çok teşekkürler.

Alt kattaki odaya kalın perde konulsa iyi olur. Sabah gün doğumu manzarası mükemel ancak uyumak isterseniz güneş odanın içinide rahatsız edebilir.
