Location, staff, city hotel room facilities in rainforest. Birds singing and little river makes peaceful noices. At 7pm Ranger making presentations to showing wild animals near by on the trees, awesome.
Screaming kids next to our room, not hotel fault.

Great Location for anyone loving wildlife. Really liked that the owner care about wildlife.
All has seen better times. Chairs in room so dirty we did not sit on. Towel with holes and ripped. Not clean.
