Loved everything about it. Such a beautiful spot and local bus outside the front door to Bordeaux. Bus line number 1 and $3.60 for two. The breakfast is simple but lovely.
The restaurant wasn’t opened on a Saturday night which I found to be a bit strange. The only other thing I didn’t like was that they obviously cater for a lot of events and didn’t have a nice area/living room to relax in as there was no furniture.

Beautiful hotel, generous rooms in main building, wonderful staff, perfect breakfast. elegant, quiet and peaceful place. Food top quality in restaurant and also the planche of charcuterie and cheese, left in your room if ordered in advance for late night arrival.

Gorgeous property and very courteous, helpful staff. The room was very well appointed. Make sure to book a room outside the main manor, which have AC. Very good value. Bus 6 stops literally across the street to take you to downtown Bordeaux. Make sure to keep going until the Palais de Justis stop.
The restaurant was good, but not a very good value. Small portions and slow service.

Convenience for Bordeaux. Spacious grounds and grand building. The restaurant looked good, and should have probably eaten there! We really appreciated the free parking after discovering how hard it is to park in Bordeaux with a roof box. Top tip - get a taxi into Bordeaux from the hotel - don't drive!
Rooms were not in the main grand building and were quite basic. A bit overpriced, as you are paying for the location rather than the room.
