The ambience, the breakfast and the cleanliness were exceptional. The location is superb. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

The wifi kept dropping

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and its central location to other parts of the city and the amenities.

I didn’t like the long wait time at the elevator

Good breakfast, locations close to other eateries and night life.

I understand security, but not having access to other guests floors is an inconvenience when trying to interact with others.

1. The breakfast was lovely and a few of the breakfast staff, the men seemed way more happier than the woman 2. The room was lovely and the bed and pillow were lovely. 3. James the lobby bar Manager was lovely too. 4. The pool bar guys where lovely and the pool attendants. so helpful 5. And the girls in the lobby bar where lovely too, and the hostess 6. The maids where lovely too and did a great job x

1. My mummy couldnt use the pool as the steps in and out of the pool where too steep, you need a ramp. 2. The Manger at the front desk was very rude and he walked away from us right in the middle of a conversation, about wanting to change our bedroom. A lovely young man by the name of Ricardo helped us in the end and gave us a beautiful room xxx 3. The food was not the best in the hotel, it said 6 restaurants but there was only 3, and sent food back 2 times. Need more options on the bar menu. 4. The room was lovely, but the master bathroom floor was like a death trap it was so soooooo slippy... 5. There was a lady manager by the pool and breakfast, bigger lady, and she wasn't very nice to her guests including us
