We loved the property in general. Perhaps the bathroom could be more modern, but nothing to complain at all, still was very comfortable.

Amazing city escape. Great experience of hacienda accommodation

Great experience of escape from busy CDMX. Hacienda is very well preserved, offers great spa, large parc and two pools. Restaurant has very nice food, offers great outdoor space to dine.

At some occasion a bit disorganised service in restaurant, one of the pools not that clear water.

Charming resort, great facilities.

Breakfast was a little expensive, and assumed you wanted a full buffet. I would have appreciated the opportunity to pay in advance on booking.com as it proved difficult to use my fee-free cards on arrival - and so only avoided paying significant charges by a friend paying for me.

Great grounds and experience

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Great pools and gardens. Our room and bed was large and comfortable. I even left my phone in the room after we had left and was able to organize to pick it back up.

The shower pressure in our room (321) was very low.

There was no shower door so anytime we took a shower it would flood the bathroom. Used a lot of towels to keep the floor dry so we wouldn’t slip.

Our room was dated and never properly cleaned (impossible to walk in socks or barefoot) Little to know water pressure in the shower, which always took about 30 minutes to warm up The staff damaged our luggage, which we only realised after we left The meals and facilities were ludicrously expensive considering the high cost of the room

Improve facilities and roads in front of property and actually put signs to guide visits

Overpriced. Waiters argued with customers to insist on us taking the buffet when we asked for a menu. Weekends were inundated with locals who kept us from going to eat without a long wait.

Better trained staff. Better price, quality value for the money. Pave the roads in front of the hotel and fill in the potholes on the road in front of hotel. Finally, allow the hotel guests to park their own vehicle.

It was nice and clean. Location is good.

It’s too expensive for what they offer. The restaurant is not offering oven pizza or breakfast buffet during the week. I cannot get any points for fiesta rewards because I booked the hotel via booking and my membership started after the stay. Other hotel chains have better conditions to make their guest feel privileged.

Beautiful local architecture to relax and enjoy

The place is a wonderful old hacienda with huge gardens and 2 big pools. The restaurant is good and on Sunday they have a huge brunch. The pools are wonderful and the weather is great - always springtime. Good stay if you are going to a wedding in the vicinity.

The rooms aren't big, but nothing to complain about. It was a wedding weekend so you did hear people walk by the room a bit loudly very late, maybe a 2nd floor room would be better for less noise. Wasn't a fan of their Chiles in Nogada (and I usually like them in other places). The surrounding area isn't nice, if you travel there it is to stay at the hotel.

The service in the pool area was poor - inexperienced staff, slow service Check-in took too long with few guests in line E-keys in app stopped working soon after check-in Did not note our agreed upon late check out, causing us to be locked out of our room in the morning Three barking dogs were allowed inside the restaurant on a Saturday night with little to no staff intervention Overall, service needs improvement before I could say the whole experience was great

Superb Mexican hacienda stay!

everything amazing! cleanliness, service and very good room! comfortable beds, spacious bathroom fantastic AC! My room was number 239 with a very nice view of the garden, and huge! I’m very picky with noise so make sure you request a quiet room in case you are too. There are a lot of events and I can get noisy sometimes but overall very very pleasant. Want to highlight the reception people all super nice and very accommodating. Special mention to Zoila , the cleaning lady , she was fantastic! she would be there for every thing I needed it! Also Angel at the villa pool. Hope to come back soon !

Dirty, poor service, do not recommend

the hotel grounds are beautiful, we loved the swimming pool and the rooms were fine, although for the price we paid we expected more amenities

At 5pm the rooms weren’t ready for check-in, the reception staff was apologetic but gave priority to other guests coming for a wedding. The manager was simply rude and no compensation was offered after we had to wait for more than half an hour. A dirty tray was left outside the room by the previous guests, it stayed in the corridor for 24h. Several staff walked past but no one thought of taking the tray away. Poor service generally and understaffed, unacceptable if you consider that weekend rates are about 300$/night.
