Great location to explore downtown

Great location near los portales. I was here for Dia de muertos and it was the best location. I walked around downtown and el centro had beautiful decorations. It was nice to be in el centro and not need to be driving around in traffic. Lots of great cafes, restaurants, and tiendas to check out.

Nice bed and shower but the towels were very stiff and not soft. A bathrobe would have been nice. Laundry services were a bit expensive but I didn’t find a laundry mat nearby.

Basic, central, and clean place to stay for the night.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. It was in a good location, close to the center of town.

The room service was slow and expensive. The coffee was bad and expensive. I ordered a cappuccino and they had no espresso. So, they gave me a splash of light coffee in a whole cup of steamed milk. That is not a cappuccino, unfortunately. We woke up on Thursday and were getting ready to check out and the whole dining area turned into a concert with a woman singing so loud, at 10am.

It was fine for a one night stay.

It was conveniently located. Our first room was on the 4th floor which overlooked the atrium with no windows with natural light. Also when we entered the room you could smell a musty and moldy odor. We asked for a different room and they switched us to a room in the 5th floor. Overall our stay was not memorable.

The location is great. The room is Comfortable. But that is it.

poorly designed and dated rooms.. no plug points on either side of the bed to charge devices. desk has to be moved to access the plug points behind the desk. the parking is a mess. they tell you to go down to the garage, only to be told you have to turn around go back out across the street. The people at the restaurant are inattentive. ordered a bottle of wine, they forgot twice to bring it. The breakfast is never ready at the time they say it opens... have to wait more than 30 min to an 1 hr for the buffet to be ready.
