Fair stay, building and rooms need an update, nice staff.

the staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. over and above expectations.

urgent remodel required. infraestructura is deteriorating, hanging doors, damaged floors. the pool is closed, the air conditioning unit extremely noisy. pillows and curtains need to be replaced.

Disappointed stay

I reported to front desk two issues and both were not fixed. One was related to hair shampoo dispenser did not work. But the worse one it is the inefficient wi-fi inside the 200’s rooms. There is no way to have a call on line, video call it is absolutely impossible. As a work trip, the wi-fi connectivity should be a most in this kind of hotels.

Your best choice!

The location is perfect. Just a couple of blocks away from Plaza Americas. I asked for a floral arrangement for my girlfriend and they went above and beyond with it. They exceeded my expectations. Huge thanks to Leticia at the reception desk for always being so nice and helpful. Juan at the entrance was always a gentleman. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you to all the staff. I’m very grateful.

Todo excelente! Solo que el aire acondicionado es un poco viejo y hace demasiado ruido. Pero soportable.

Pedimos un taxi en recepción y tienen un tabulador que dice que a la terminal de autobuses son 70 pesos . El taxista aparte de ser grosero nos cobró 80. Son solo 10 pesos pero al ser una persona mal educada no se los merece. Le comenté que en el hotel decía otro precio y me dijo que el hotel no podía poner las tarifas. Le hubiera dado 20 de propina si por lo menos hubiera sido educado. Revisen sus tratos con ese sitio . Que al final deja un mal sabor de boca.
