Great location

Location was great, across from the new stadium. Manager/owner had turned on the heating and blankets. Appreciated

Heating was a plug in when they had radiators to use. Info was out of date in the info pack. The plug in freshener was far too strong for the unit. Part of the parking was blocked off, not sure why. Didn’t impact us but wondering if it was for the rugby game.

Location was good. The building itself is a historic marvel. The manager was extremely responsive and got a cleaner in to change sheets- Cleaner did not speak english.

I would love to see owners have some respect for this building. Take time to check the curtains the walls. Remember its the little things - attention to detail- that make the room sparkle and emit a feeling of cleanliness. The room I stayed in was old grubby & desperately requires some money going back into it. And more time for cleaning. The sheets had blood spots on them, window sill was grubby and tĥe curtains had stains! The room over all looked tired and in need of some love & a bit of money spent on it! The carpet would benefit from a steam clean also!
