Stella Beach Resort & Spa Makadi Bay - 24 HRS All Inclusive

Food was good. Pools are good and rooms are clean.

Sales representative at front office was really annoying, not helpful at all. I was very disappointed with his attitude. Aqua rules are the most restrictive all over hurghada hotels. I stayed almost in all 5 stars hotels their that do have aqua parks and non offers their rules. The stuff are very afraid and always very protective for themselves not to face any penalties. However the manager of the aqua was the exception.

Fifteen stays later, Stella Beach Resort Makadi Bay still feels like our second home. The moment we arrive, the staff welcome us as if we’re family — and that’s exactly why we keep returning. Their kindness and dedication turn every holiday into something special. The food is consistently good, with something for everyone and a new theme each evening. The à la carte restaurants add even more choice, and the new aqua park is a brilliant addition for all ages. Stella Beach has given us unforgettable memories year after year, and we already know we’ll be back again. It’s the place where our holidays truly come to life. Truly recommend this hotel!

The only small thing we noticed is that some areas of the resort could benefit from a little refresh in the future. For example the sunbeds at the pools. But for us the atmosphere and service easily make up for it.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mr. Hany Nabil and the reception team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. The aqua park and swimming pools were fantastic, clean, and well-maintained.

Food was not good quality, room is very old looking, stuff member which was assigned to our building, even though we haven't requested any service, straight asked us for 10 euro tip, prior our check out. We give out tips to people that serve us, never been asked to give specific amount of money as a tip :D
