    A short walk from Finsbury Park Tube, comfortable clean room, friendly staff with a nice breakfast selection.

    Easy to walk to from Finsbury Park Tube Station which took about 10mins. Room and toilet was very compact but suitable for stay. Friendly, helpful and polite staff.

    You get what you pay for - I needed somewhere inexpensive for 1 night. It’s 5 mins walk from Finsbury Park station so handy for getting to central London and Gatwick. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was ok. Bed was fine. Tea/coffee facilities in room and a tv although the tv was hanging off the wall at a weird angle. It smelled old & musty and neither the blind or the window opened. The room was clean but the blind and the carpet were old & stained. The childrens high chairs in the breakfast room were heavily stained. Sound travels & I could hear the lady in the next room chatting on her phone till late. It could definitely do with being redecorated & new carpets
