Our second stay at the hotel and will stay again next year
May be difficult as we get older as there are small sets of stairs. Some of the rooms need minor repairs.

The staff went above and beyond for us, we were on our honeymoon and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbles! The room was big, clean and easily accessible. Parking is super simple. The location is unmatched for the price. We literally walked downstairs into the market. Can’t recommend more.

The location and very friendly and helpful staff.
The room did not even closely match the standard presented on the booking.com app. The room was old and dirty with paint and plaster peeling off the walls. The carpet was dirty as was the room generally. There was no Power Point for the kettle, had to plug it in to the point at the bedside table. the furniture was in poor repair. I did ask for a lift accessible room but was not advised that this would be in a far inferior room. An upfront and honest presentation woukd avoid this disappointment. Guests should take care when booking
