    From the moment you check in, it feels like a struggle. They take every opportunity to overcharge without delivering real value. There’s a lot of talk, but very little substance. The buffet is poor quality greasy, tasteless, and typical of a low end all you can eat setup. Basic details are overlooked, like not even having a proper place to put a towel. The hotel seems tailored to an older European crowd, with no real atmosphere or entertainment. Even the alcohol served is of very low quality. Best to avoid.

    A solid, good‑value resort stay with strong air conditioning, hot showers and generally comfortable rooms, especially if you adjust expectations to typical Egyptian hotel standards. Overall experience was positive and staff were helpful.​ Room and comfort Our room had good air conditioning and reliably hot water, which made the stay comfortable even in the Hurghada heat. The room itself felt a bit older but was warm, cozy and acceptable for the price paid.​ Facilities and food The resort offers the usual all‑inclusive facilities such as pools, beach access and buffet meals, but the food quality and variety felt fairly standard rather than exceptional. Depending on which country you are coming from and what you are used to, it is better not to expect luxury levels and instead see it as a decent, typical Egyptian resort offering.​ Service and value Staff were generally friendly and helpful, which contributed to a comfortable stay. Considering the facilities, beachfront location and all‑inclusive concept, the price is reasonable and offers good value if you prioritise climate comfort, sea access and a relaxed atmosphere over high‑end finishes.​

    Although beautiful views of the Red Sea and access to the sea this is a budget resort that caters to families and older European/Russian couples/groups. Food is so/so, service during meals is not great (we have not been asked for drinks once during our stay). WiFi does not work anywhere (even though advertised as having it). They say only lobby but even then it’s spotty. Our shower did not work, they needed to come fix it. We had an issue with the in room safe and we had to call 4 times across two days until someone came. Also this is a big bot designed well resort, that is a maze if you are in one of the far rooms or higher floors. So just be prepared to be walking a lot! I would not recommend.
