    The beach and room size were definite highlights, complemented by attentive housekeeping and decent facilities that made the stay comfortable. However, the location felt a bit isolated, and the staff service was average. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, which was frustrating. Overall, it offered good value for money despite these minor issues.

    We stayed 4-6 times at Giftun, but who counts really. The location, the service, the food, the beach and pool - everything is outstanding. Really surprised they hold 3 stars only. Exceptional! Will come back again and again in the future too.

    I had an amazing stay at Gifun Azur Hotel in Hurghada! The reception team, especially Mr. Ahmed Essam, were super friendly and made our check-in process a breeze 😊. Our room was spotless, comfy, and had a lovely view. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The animation team kept us entertained with fun activities, and the sea was absolutely stunning - perfect for a relaxing swim or snorkeling. Overall, we'd definitely come back to Gifun Azur! 👍"

    Everything was open limited hours. I had clothes stolen from my suitcase. The gym was tiny and only open five hours a day. Says you have multiple food options in an all inclusive, but only one is included. The rest are paid and require reservation. Don't have access to any spa facilities even a sauna without paying. No wifi anywhere in the huge resort except in the lobby. They were kind enough to at least help in that situation specifically but none others. No proteins served during breakfast, but enough bread for a month. No maps of facilities given or schedules. Twenty minutes to check in. Very very hard firm beds. Everyone is in their sixties or older. Not a place for younger people or young families or solo
