A good two-storey apartment within this large old house, this place is fine for a couple of nights. The on-site parking was a bonus (lots of space, easy in and out, although heed the owner’s instructions about google map directions!)
It’s a little gloomy in the living room and there are scant kitchen facilities. Just a fridge and microwave, with a stove-top coffee machine that took a very long time to get hot. For the price I’d have expected a better equipped kitchen and maybe a hairdryer in one of the rooms. Also, there is a dog on site which seems desperate for attention and company, followed us whenever we walked into town - it’s friendly and we didn’t mind it but a warning in case you are nervous around dogs.
