Great location. Beach was a short walk. Staff friendly and breakfast was good.

Does the job for what you pay.

Very comfortable stay. The rooms are tiny, but it really depends on what you’re looking for. If you just need somewhere to crash at night, this is the place. But if you need your stay to be experiential, this property cannot offer that. I must also mention that I have seen multiple lizards in the corridor (the building is quite run down), but it didn’t bother me cuz there were none in the room. The location deserves a special mention. Hospitality is a huge plus point!

Convenient location (close to beach), impressive breakfast, adequate room. A bit noisy but it was NYE. Great value for money at the discounted rate. Good for a few nights and if not looking for spacious room.

Staff really friendly and helpful feel warm welcome and sincerely from staff and security guys they are super helpful. Hotel was clean swimming pool water crystal clear .bed comfortable and room super clean.

Pleasant short stay at reasonable price.

Great hotel that suited a one night stay requirement in the Seminyak area. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and a great breakfast included in tariff.

Rooms are on the small size, but was aware of this and only for an overnight stay was ok. Adjacent to our room outside the windows was an outdoor staff area, the smell of cigarette smoke and people talking was annoying from just after daybreak.

Best choice when travelling on a budget

The staff was very helpful and caring. Always welcoming and smiling. I Ioved that. Food was great, prices reasonable and location is top.

It's not that I didn't like it but the hotel has definitely seen a lot of years and needs a few renovations. Last time I stayed here was 2018 and you definitely notice the difference. Especially the interior of the rooms shows lots of signs of wear and tear. However, the room was very clean which is most important to me. At the end of the day I don't go travelling to stay in a room all the time but explore my surroundings.

A lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

The facilities, location and staff were fantastic. Staff were ever so helpful and friendly if you needed something. On our departure they gave us a small bracelet each to remember them which was a lovely touch!

We had a slight trouble with the air con, wasn’t overly powerful and quite noisy but the team fixed it.

Clean, great staff. No sleep

Staff were great. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Close to shops, spa, restaurants , bars. Breakfast was amazing

The noise! The restaurant bar had a live band that was very loud until 11pm. And then drunk guests in the pool at 5am. Staff were quick to respond to me, but they could do nothing about any of it. Ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous nice restaurants and bars.

The room was on the smaller side and a bit dated, and the windows couldn’t be opened. Breakfast was included in the booking, though regular coffee came with an extra charge unless you chose the Balinese coffee, which may not suit everyone’s taste. Some minor requests weren’t accommodated, but overall it was still a decent stay.

Cheap, good location, amazing staff, just really loud bedrooms

Very good price. The staff were mega friendly and smiling all the time, very helpful.

Reason for low review was room placement. We stayed in the one closest to the road and it was very loud and the restaurant music was extremely loud too. But we were warned and it did say that in the reviews, was much louder than we anticipated.

Great staff, restaurant and room!

Great location. All staffs are very responsive and friendly. Everything is explained to you, about the music in the restaurant, size of room, etc. I had no complaints about anything. Room isn’t the biggest but has lots of space for your luggage under the bed, bed very comfortable and the room has everything that you need. And the food and service in their restaurant… is incredible! They have hotels in other areas of Bali… definitely would stay again in this chain.

Room space.. No space to keep ur luggage. Also no tissue paper . No view from room. No balcony to sit and enjoy coffee. Conjusted room More over rate also come down compared to what we booked last month. They are not ready to change that to new rate. . Swimming pool is very small. More than 3 can not go inside. That is also like their room. Conjusted
