Pleasant short stay at reasonable price.

Great hotel that suited a one night stay requirement in the Seminyak area. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and a great breakfast included in tariff.

Rooms are on the small size, but was aware of this and only for an overnight stay was ok. Adjacent to our room outside the windows was an outdoor staff area, the smell of cigarette smoke and people talking was annoying from just after daybreak.

Best choice when travelling on a budget

The staff was very helpful and caring. Always welcoming and smiling. I Ioved that. Food was great, prices reasonable and location is top.

It's not that I didn't like it but the hotel has definitely seen a lot of years and needs a few renovations. Last time I stayed here was 2018 and you definitely notice the difference. Especially the interior of the rooms shows lots of signs of wear and tear. However, the room was very clean which is most important to me. At the end of the day I don't go travelling to stay in a room all the time but explore my surroundings.

A lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

The facilities, location and staff were fantastic. Staff were ever so helpful and friendly if you needed something. On our departure they gave us a small bracelet each to remember them which was a lovely touch!

We had a slight trouble with the air con, wasn’t overly powerful and quite noisy but the team fixed it.

Staff were great. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Close to shops, spa, restaurants , bars. Breakfast was amazing

The noise! The restaurant bar had a live band that was very loud until 11pm. And then drunk guests in the pool at 5am. Staff were quick to respond to me, but they could do nothing about any of it. Ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous nice restaurants and bars.

The room was on the smaller side and a bit dated, and the windows couldn’t be opened. Breakfast was included in the booking, though regular coffee came with an extra charge unless you chose the Balinese coffee, which may not suit everyone’s taste. Some minor requests weren’t accommodated, but overall it was still a decent stay.

Cheap, good location, amazing staff, just really loud bedrooms

Very good price. The staff were mega friendly and smiling all the time, very helpful.

Reason for low review was room placement. We stayed in the one closest to the road and it was very loud and the restaurant music was extremely loud too. But we were warned and it did say that in the reviews, was much louder than we anticipated.

Great staff, restaurant and room!

Great location. All staffs are very responsive and friendly. Everything is explained to you, about the music in the restaurant, size of room, etc. I had no complaints about anything. Room isn’t the biggest but has lots of space for your luggage under the bed, bed very comfortable and the room has everything that you need. And the food and service in their restaurant… is incredible! They have hotels in other areas of Bali… definitely would stay again in this chain.

Location was excellent, super close to the beach and several restaurants and major bars. Very comfortable bed, good value for money, the hotel had a lovely food menu with live music every night. The only thing that outweighed the good qualities listed was the friendliness of the staff, everyone was so so nice and attentive. I'm staying here for sure on my next trip to Bali

Outstanding spa but the hotel requires a renovation

The staff was lovely, super welcoming and responsive. They made my stay much nicer as they were always there to try to assist you. The spa is outstanding, one of the best one I have tried in Indonesia so far, but book far in advance in high season, otherwise will be almost impossible to get a free spot.

The hotel needs a renovation. From the outside the building is in very bad conditions, and the rooms have very tiny windows which made me feel claustrophobic.

A perfect stay

The location is very close to the beach and many bars/restaurants. The rooms are cozy and well maintained upon request, which was easy. The restaurant on site plays live music every night and has a modest pool and lounge chairs for relaxing. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I extended my stay many times here.

There is regular construction every morning, which can be disruptive for light sleepers. They did, however, provide complimentary ear plugs.

Two week of being pampered and cared for with kindness and care.

I stayed at Grandmas in Seminyak for two weeks as a solo traveller. I couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff in reception and the restaurant were absolutely divine, the room was kept spotless. All staff were friendly, ultra professional, kind and great at their work without exception. The food in the restaurant is wonderful, the breakfasts are lush. Live music every night and all good, but especially the band on Tuesday. I would definitely book to stay there again. Thank you to all. Location is great, near the beach, near shops, loads of restaurants and coffee places, laundry (so cheap) money changers etc etc
