I loved the beach party with all the different types of food. It was so overwhelming because I wanted to try everything, but there was some very delicious food there. I must say the food at this resort was superb. I loved how friendly the staff was to my family and me. My favorite hangout spot was the Jacaranda bar. You can sit on sofas, at the bar, or dance on the dancefloor. The bartender, Renata, was very friendly and worked her behind off. She didn't have any help most nights, but she was able to handle it all. Keshna was a very friendly bartender near the pool, who took the time to get a table for my mom and family to celebrate her 70th birthday. She was so accommodating, whereas the people at the front desk were neither helpful nor courteous in acknowledging such a milestone. Keshna made up for it. Nicola was another helpful staff member during breakfast, who was very friendly and helpful. She served my family with the best mimosas and was very attentive when it came to offering additional coffee. All in all, I wouldn't mind staying at St. James's Club Resort. My mom definitely enjoyed her 70th birthday. A memory never to be forgotten.
I did not like that my mom was not greeted with enthusiasm, given that it was her first time out of the country and that she was celebrating her 70th birthday. The resort was aware she was celebrating a birthday, but she was not greeted as such. We asked if my mom could be accommodated by switching her room to a room with a walk-in shower, but they could not help us. The resort was poorly accommodating to elderly guests and people with mobility limitations. My mom had trouble getting in and out of the shower, climbing the stairs, and there weren't any elevators. So, if you have anyone with disabilities or are less mobile than others, I wouldn't recommend staying there. They will definitely have a hard time.

Pristine Views with welcoming staff. The breakfast is buffet style and they have a wide range of delicious food. The drinks got me where i wanted to go without the hangover so i appreciate the premium spirits. The restaurants served great dishes as well. No complaints at all here especially if you are bringing the family you wont regret this one at all.
The beach has decreased due to seaweed over the years but its still nice
