Review for Villa Bravo & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bravo & Spa. Free parking right at the entrance was a big plus, and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent – fresh and varied – though we did miss a proper espresso machine, as the coffee could be better. The spa area was fantastic and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time and would love to come back!

For this price I expected better value especially for relaxing actitity.

When I asked for champagne glasses, it was no problem with this request.

The jacuzzi is small and only one for all guests. Hotel is in the city center, next to the main road, so you can hear the traffic. The rental of bathrobes is paid extra, we regretted that we bought them before checking the swimming pool area.

Rich breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. We recommend to book the dinner as well which we did. Friendly and helpful staff were always available. Nice an comfy room with lots of sun. The Spa was really great

Für ein Wochenende absolut in Ordnung, aber es gibt definitiv Luft nach oben.

Die Lage war prima, das Zimmer grundsätzlich in Ordnung und das Personal freundlich. Mit dem Fahrstuhl konnte man direkt in den "Wellness-Bereich" runter fahren. Meine Partnerin hat die einstündige japanische Gesichtsmassage sehr genossen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war da wohl herausragend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Im Bad waren eindeutig zu wenige Haken. Gerade in einem "Wellness-Hotel sollte man davon ausgehen, dass Handtücher, Badesachen und ähnliches zum Trocknen aufgehängt werden müssen. Das war mit einem Mini-Handtuch-Trockner (Heizung) und exakt 2 Haken kaum möglich. Des Weiteren hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Tisch gewünscht, die Ablagefläche war doch sehr begrenzt. Die Trockensauna (ca. 85°C) und die Dampfsauna erfüllten meine Bedürfnisse voll, allerdings sind 3 Liegen im Saunabereich meiner Meinung nach viel zu wenig. Wenn die Sauna-Kultur in Polen nur aus "Sauna-Duschen-Sauna-Duschen-und-wieder-raus" besteht, dann habe ich allerdings nichts gesagt. Ich hätte einen extra Ruheraum mit mehr Liegen bevorzugt. In der Sauna läuft ein einziges "Lied" in Dauerschleife. Die Fotos des Angebots sind so gemacht, dass alles viel größer wirkt. Der Whirlpool ist sehr klein und maximal für 4 Menschen. Das Schwimmbecken ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Das hätte einem aber auffallen können, wenn man die Bilder ganz ganz genau geprüft hätte. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass der Hotelparkplatz extra kostet. Bei genauer Betrachtung stand auf dem Zettel (nur in polnischer Sprache) der ins Fahrzeug gelegt wurde, dass für zwei Nächte 100 PLN fällig werden. Da hätte ich mir eine deutliche Information gewünscht.

Jesteśmy z mężem pod wrażeniem i napewno wrócimy.

Pani w recepcji wszystko wyjaśniła, była bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Stworzyło to dodatkowo miłą atmosferę. Śniadania wyśmienite i pyszna kawa. Pani która wykonuje masaż też przesympatyczna a masaż zrelaksował mnie na cały pobyt. Wspaniały wypoczynek.

Schönes, kleines Hotel mit sauberem Spabereich und gutem Frühstück.

Die Lage war super und der Saunabereich war ausreichend und schön.

Leider war unsere Tür etwas kaputt und an einem Tag hat die putzkraft nach ihrer Arbeit die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen. Als wir am Nachmittag aufs Zimmer kamen, stand unsere Tür einen großen Spalt offen. Es ist nichts weggekommen, war aber ein kurzer Schreck.

Wieder ein schöner Urlaub

Frühstück und das Personal Bestens, Schwimmbad und Sauna klein aber fein. Parkplatz zwar kostenpflichtig aber mit 50 Zloty im Herbst noch im Rahmen und in Hotelnähe. Gutes Internet, Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Wir hatten ein Apartment zur Straße die Geräusche durch den Verkehr waren bei geschlossenen Fenster dank guter Schallisolierung ok. Die Vorhänge waren in der Nacht nicht ganz lichtdicht und da der Taxistand gegenüber die ganze Nacht beleuchtet ist, hat es etwas gestört. Es gibt nur wenige deutsche TV Sender aber durch gutes Internet als Alternative ging es.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę udany. Pokoje są przestronne i bardzo wygodne, a łóżka zapewniają doskonały komfort snu. Spa oraz basen oferują przyjemny relaks, idealny na odprężenie po całym dniu. Śniadania są smaczne i różnorodne, a obsługa w restauracji – szczególnie Panie – niezwykle miła i pomocna. Cały personel wykazał się pełnym profesjonalizmem, dzięki czemu czułam się tutaj jak w domu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka miejsca z przyjazną atmosferą i wysokim standardem usług.

Strefa spa jak na taki mały obiekt jest ok. Szlafroki za które trzeba zapłacić 25 zł tylko w jednym rozmiarze, bardzo stare, sprane i nieprzyjemne. Poduszki bardzo niekomfortowe, twarde i chyba trochę już zębem czasu dotkmnięte.

Würden nur für 3-4Tage nochmal buchen

An 2Tagen hatten wir knochentrockene selbst aufgebackene Brötchen, weil die gelieferten Brötchen alle waren. Die aufgebackenen Brötchen konnte man nicht essen. Einen Abend haben wir Abendessen gebucht und waren sehr enttäuscht. Für umgerechnet 18€ gab es zerkochten trockenen Fisch und Rollbraten der halb kalt war. Die Sauberkeit im Bereich Fernsehraum ließ zu wünschen übrig,es gab die ganze Woche über Spinnweben und der Boden war nie wirklich sauber.Schade
