    They can't handle bulk booking, when we chikin they provide us good service, early next day when there were bulk booking they didn't provide service up to mark.

    Service not upto the mark Starting from day 1 room tv was not working when we entered in the room Room, we booked when we checked the photos it was different room and when we checked in they allocated us different rooms which which were not as mentioned in the picture We have to call to reception to ask them to recharge the set up box so tv would work While booking the room we had discussion with property manager and discussed regarding bonfire and they said they will do it But when we asked after check in they made excuse . Property was on height it was snowing last day they were having buffet all days which was costing decent but when it started snowing they intentionally stopped buffet last day and asked us to order food through which was double the cost of buffet just make extra money. On check out as well because of snow all the roads were blocked our car was parked 2km down the road we requested hotel to help us to drop off near our car but they did not helped at all . Not food delivery service to hotel please make sure check all the fact before book Apart from that Views were pretty amazing hotel as it was on height

    Well maintained hotel with polite& cooperative staff. Hill view room is awesome. Restaurant is decent.
