The location was accommodating and accessible to all the restaurants and beaches in Agia Pelagia.

Family owned hotel, but not so friendly. Yes, the location is accommodating and accessible to all the restaurants and beaches in agia pelagia but doesn’t warrant the rudeness from the owners of the hotel. They were cold and moody. When I arrived, the elderly lady met me in front of the hotel and showed annoyance that I didn’t arrive earlier. She expressed grief that I should’ve been there when her son was to help me with my luggage. I explained that I came from an I international flight and then a domestic flight. She didn’t show any compassion but let me carry my own luggage three flights up because it was my fault. They didn’t offer any time for breakfast or any other information about the hotel accommodations. About the internet, i had to ask and I was given incomplete answers. A friendly guest offered to help me with the WiFi password after he heard me ask the lady. They do not have “high speed internet” like they state on their website. You have to walk around or sit in front of the hotel to have service. I would recommend you insist to receive all that is offered on the website, even if you get a moody response. When I checked out, there was very little conversation. It was just pay and go with little eye contact. By the way I speak greek fluently so language wasn’t a barrier. Although the hotel’s architectural design is creatively put together with small patio areas to sit and relax and reflects the islands pleasant mood. The atmosphere is interrupted with the moods from the owners that leave a distaste on your stay with their arrogance. As if they are doing you a favor accepting you as a guest.
