Kafouros Hotel

Mi è piaciuto tutto: hotel non troppo grande con camere spaziose e pulite. Ogni camera ha un balconcino, sia quelle al piano terra che quelle al piano superiore. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutarti dando ottimi consigli. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. Il bar a bordo piscina è accogliente e ha prezzi davvero onesti

Volendo proprio trovare un difetto, cosa davvero difficile, nel bagno c’era solo una piccola saponetta e due micro doccia shower

We were three friends (one male, two females) traveling for work and had booked a room with three single beds. When we were shown to our room, it actually contained one double and one single bed. We asked whether there were any rooms with three separate beds, only to be told that no such rooms existed in the hotel. To resolve this, we booked 2 additional rooms for €400 for three of our four nights, so that we could each sleep separately. We were content with this arrangement until the next day, when my friend was shown to her new room - a maisonette that contained three beds! Why we weren't offered this as an option in the first place, is a mystery! By then, my friends had already been charged, so we didn’t raise the issue again. On our last day, I asked if we could keep one room for a few extra hours to shower before heading to the airport. Eleni said this would cost €25. I asked if the fee could be waived, given the misunderstanding at check-in, but she immediately became defensive. Eleni then implied that we were lying and had wanted three rooms from the start. After a heated exchange, she reluctantly agreed, but the experience left us with a bad impression. Eleni then told us that we needed to check out of the other two rooms at 10.30, instead of 11am as advertised. We will not be returning. re: your response - Point 6. taxi payments, I made 2 payments of €25 to you directly for the taxi to and from the airport as you asked me to, and I gave you these payments as we were checking in on the day of arrival. The 2nd payment of €25 was given to you the night before departure, as you requested. A payment of €50 for the taxi on Monday 22nd Sept was paid directly to the driver, as instructed, on the return journey, as we got out of the taxi on the side of the road! Point 9: bar bill - my friend had to run back over to me to unlock my mobile phone, so if there was any delay in paying for the 2 drinks, it was all of 60 seconds at most.
