此為房屋管理公司管理，預定後告知入住時間，卻只給一個電話號碼，要我們自己打電話給屋主。 對沒當地手機號碼的外國人來說，打電話時很困難的！請房屋管理公司代為聯絡，卻遭拒絕，說要我們自己買張電話卡，自己打電話聯絡！最後我們請上一間旅館的櫃檯人員幫我們打電話聯絡屋主，才順利與屋主取得聯繫！ 房屋管理公司本應該是屋主與訂房客的橋樑，如今全丟給訂房客！ 他們自己是在當地，聯絡方便，卻連一通電話聯繫屋主都不願意！反而無相關的人願意幫忙，真的是第一次碰到這種什麼事都不做的‘’房屋管理公司“”！ 奉勸各位要訂房的人要有心理準備，尤其是較沒使用what's app的亞洲人! 跟屋主聯繫也有小插曲。好不容易請上一家旅館人員打電話聯絡屋主，表示我們會提早到達，已聯絡好事下午1點到。結果我們到現場卻沒有人.....因無法打當地電話，也無法聯絡! 後來碰到當地人，請他們協助，才幫我們打電話給屋主。但結果卻是屋主說3點才入住....我們不是已事先聯絡好13:00入住的嗎? 總之這間入住問題一堆......

A wonderful apartment in a very convenient location. The apartment is located near the train station, which is very practical, but surprisingly the passing trains do not disturb at all — there is no noticeable noise, and the place is very peaceful. The view from the window is beautiful, and the apartment itself is very cozy, stylish, and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. We especially enjoyed the terrace, where it was lovely to have morning coffee. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Communication was easy and pleasant. There are many shops nearby: Żabka is about a 5-minute walk away, and a larger Biedronka supermarket is around 15 minutes away. Other useful shops are also within convenient reach. The apartment has a nice living area with a sofa, TV, a large dining table, and a cozy second floor. There is also a dishwasher, which was very convenient.

The kitchen is quite small, with only a two-burner electric stove and a small refrigerator. There is no washing machine inside the apartment, but there is a shared laundry room available if needed.

Pobyt był w porządku, jednak nie do końca spełnił nasze oczekiwania. W opisie pojawia się określenie „apartament”, natomiast w rzeczywistości jest to raczej mieszkanie o dość podstawowym standardzie.
