The Bidadari Villas & Spa Umalas, between Seminyak and Canggu

Lovely clean, spacious villa. The staff could not do enough for us, they were all so friendly and helpful. The pool was sparkling clean and so was the whole villa. The resort keep in touch with you to check when they can clean daily. Our shower broke during the stay and they fixed it quickly. We also had pick up included which was so lovely and hassle free so we also got the return journey which was so easy. Comfortable air conditioned cars. The manager was lovely and greeted us daily with suggestions on what to do. We also got late check out at a great price as we had a late flight. Was perfect location for what we wanted (peace and quiet) and there are heaps of lovely restaurants/coffee places etc within walking distance. We did the romantic dinner in the villa (see pics). The set up was beautiful but you could get better food elsewhere for the price, in saying that it was not bad just not amazing.

The breakfast had limited choices (E.g. they did not have orange juice) and often things were running out when you were there as it was a small buffet. The spa is very small and could do with an upgrade but the staff were lovely and massage was really nice. Prices were reasonable but you could do better for same price elsewhere.

The staff - they helped me getting SIM card and the bike - after tattoo I got the sheets with ink mark and they helped me Free transport to the airport.

Air con is not cold over the night Door to outdoor bathroom isn’t sealed- bugs come in. Mosquito net doesn’t full on close around bed bugs get in. The design is weird only the bedroom is indoor(AC) the living/ dining and bathroom/ toilet all outside. The food is not extravagant but okay Construction is very loud during the day first hammer starts at 7am The terrain is up/down hill with stairs and limited/difficult accessibility from villa to lobby. The bed is hard and pillows not comfortable. Gas empty Hot water takes 5-10 minutes to get warm Bath tub doesn’t fill up.
