Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich!!! Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielfältig, das Thai Restaurant ist wahnsinnig gut!!!! Der Strand ist schön!

Fantastic location. Lovely, lush grounds with a great outlook over the sea. Delightful beachfront. But most of all, the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff - thanks in particular to Elvarella and Daniel.

The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very helpful. The Spa and its staff were fabulous
Lotus Cafe was dreadful, the service was very poor and the food mediocre at best certainly not the standard you should expect of a hotel of this class. The restaurant was not air conditioned and tables insufficient for the number of guests. Generally the hotel is very tired and in much need of renovation, the photos on booking.com are very misleading
