Great location, clean and spacious room, lovely staff! Breakfast that was included was a really good size as well. Really recommend! We also organised a trek through here and everything was super easy and upfront, on short notice too!

centrally located. location is right in the heart of the city with easy access to touristic places as well as the landmarks. the owner is accommodating so with sinita (the lady receptionist).
there is a male staff who is so poor in costumer service, unhelpful and unprofessional. he needs to undergo more training to improve his skills and attitude in costumer service and proper behavior in dealing with guests. i went to the reception at 5am for help but he sleeps like a log and just ignored my request.
