Estaba todo muy bonito, la piscina estaba genial y había restaurante que venía muy bien, el personal súper amable!

Nuestra cueva la 2 le faltaba un poco de menaje y algunas cosillas pero bueno bastante bien!

It’s unique, full of character and carefully designed. The pool and restaurant are lovely. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We had a stressful problem with our hire car and one female member of staff went above and beyond to help us by speaking to the company for us when we couldn’t get a phone signal. The waiter was so friendly and warm and very patient with my very bad Spanish !

Fabulous cave house with almost everything you could want or need. Comfortable, clean, roomy. Lovely outside space to sit. Very private ( Cave no. 2)

Parasol outside was broken. There was no lid for kettle, but there was a kettle, which is unusual. No bowls for breakfast.All small things which are easily sorted.

The idea of the caves and the food

I have been there about 10 years ago and was clean and nice. This time I found it to be somewhat neglected and dirty. There were 9 of us, and the kitchen had very few plates, all different, and very little tableware and kitchenware. We asked for plates, and they gave us 9 of the same, fine. We had to empty the bathroom trash can, and there were no spare bags. The pool was covered in hair. In short, the place is gorgeous and the food is very good, but maybe it needs more staff and better management!
