All the staff was super friendly and helpful starting with Rosanna in the reception, all the ladies making sure we had fresh towels and clean rooms and Renzo at the pool and the restaurant staff. We felt at home in a piece of heaven. Tennis, swimming, nice food and space to do our thing and even meet nice people.
The tennis court was a plus and we had our door space for ourselves and to share

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and very traditional. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
There were enough facilities (including space around the pool, tables in the dining area, and equipment for the sports court) for everyone to use.
We also found the interior of the restaurant very cosy.
We felt the food at the restaurant was slightly expensive, but given the hotel's remote location I can slightly understand it.

Location is brilliant for travel around Tuscany - must have own vehicle.
Size of apartment and appliances.
Rosanna is amazing.
Food is very good- very expensive.
Swimming pool.
Parking.
No new towels given even though we paid for 4 nights.
Noisy road.
Window screen broken - bad flies.
Staff smoke under windows so smelly.
Sewerage smell in water on first day - cleared after that.
Our room was above housekeeping... not good.
