Location. Architecture clean well equipped

Upon our arrival we were told by the receptionist that we can go to the restaurant and have a lunch. We sat down and it was a hot day . There was a manager talking to some people probably making reservation for a wedding or an event sort of. She ignored us and we waited for well over 10 minutes and nobody came to ask us anything. So we stoop up and headed to a restaurant that was 9 km away. That was not a really good first impression.

The grounds are super nice.

-F&B (menu in restaurant is extremely weak and limited, the bar has no ambience) -reception: we arrive at 2pm and were told we can’t use the pool until 3pm. They said 2 of our rooms were ready but we’d need to pay an early check-in fee (early check-in fee at point of booking is ok and acceptable to guarantee you can check in early but in this situation, it felt so cheap)

The area, the large land belonging to the property, the garden. Breakfast was good.

It is obvious that the staff is missing the right hospitality mindset. Charging an extra €10 for checking in just 55 minutes early is unusual and creates a poor first impression. While we watched an invited influencer receive a warm and welcoming reception, we felt that we were barely acknowledged or taken care of. The restaurant has a very limited menu, with the same dishes offered every day. Guests staying for more than one night will most likely have to eat the same meal again, especially those with dietary restrictions. The menu lacks creativity and a modern touch, and there are no healthier options, unless the Caesar salad is considered one.
