Location, fantastic staff, eager to make our stay effortless and comfortable. Really enjoyed the Old Town Center and its general ambience! Patryk is the finest ambassador at the Brovaria Hotel ! THANK YOU, PATRYK !!!!
Climbing stairs due to lack of a lift. The staff made this shortcoming a breeze to navigate.

The location is great, the rooms are pretty spacious, clean, and very quiet despite the hotel being in the city center. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and ready to accommodate you. Check-in and check-out are super fast and hassle-free. The breakfast is great, and the hostess/waitress was very caring — 10/10!
I wish they had a mini fridge in the room, then it would be perfect!
Also, pay attention, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you have heavy, large bags, you'll get some exercise :D
If you're traveling during the Bittersweet festival season, get ready for higher-than-usual rates (but this applies to all accommodation in Poznań).

Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful. i had an eary arrival and as soon as the room was ready the receptionist messaged me to inform me. Service was very good and everyone welcomed me with a smile upon arrival.
The cleanliness, the room and service at the restaurant was exceptional.
This made my stay superb.
I have no complaints. Every request I made was fulfilled by the staff.
