All the staff at Akra V were amazing and very helpful, especially the lady at the guest relation office.
The hotel location is excellent. Old town, malls, restaurants, cafes... are all within 15 mins by car, and some places can be reached by walking.
And Akra V building includes outside of it, a good international restaurant, a coffee shop, and an interesting book store /social cafe concept store.
The room was very clean every day.
As a plus, my daughter enjoyed the free games at Fun gaming place located in Akra V hotel building.
The greatest value from staying at Akra V is the access to Akra hotel facilties. The pools and the beach at Akra hotel are superb! The breakfast buffet at Akra hotel was definitely a 5-star experience, a variety of high-quality food and beverages.
The corridors need some renovation.
Akra hotel pools miss a kids pool suitable for under 10 years old. There is a pool for infants and other pools that can be suitable for teens, more the kids under 10-11 years old.
