Location was right next to train station - so it was fantastic. just bear in mind at times it can be extremely busy because of conferences that take place across the street. Breakfast is great, huge selection and delicious everyday.
The staff are not very friendly in this hotel. The door men never offered to help open doors or carry your bags. If we cross over to Kerry hotel across the street - the service was a huge difference. Facilities are quite run down in a pretty new hotel. Pool was quite pathetic and dirty, and the gym was shaped in a weird manner.
