    We stayed here for 4D3N. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that our room was upgraded and he even accompanied us going to the upgraded room. Unfortunately, the key card wasn’t working and so he told us that he will just check something and come back. After a few minutes, a different staff arrived saying we have to transfer to a different room. I still assumed that time that it was the upgraded room, but assessing the new room, it’s not. I didn’t bother to ask what happened because I chose to just enjoy the stay. They never offered any explanation as well what happened to the “upgrade”. During our stay, there were some works being done - changing tiles in the hallway and a room renovation (i think). It was siesta time and they have been allowing workers to work while the guests are resting. The noise was so loud we can’t hear each other while talking. I raised it and they said they would request to stop it. The owner or whoever is in charge never bothered to think of the guests while the works are being done. In terms of cleanliness, it’s not a 4 star cleanliness especially at the bathroom. :( some days we rested well, some days were just awful.
