硬體設備跟服務品質讚，下午茶很貼心，整體很傑出
隔音超差
半夜2：07被隔壁大聲講話吵到5點才勉強入睡。
訂房時有特別標註要高樓層需要安靜的環境，因為會認床又很容易失眠，結果櫃檯硬是說只有2樓房間，幾樓其實都好
問題是真的非常吵，有點失望的住房體驗
難道訂房網便宜所以無法選房？如果是這樣為何還要開放讓人留言需求？

飯店建築很新穎、大廳有檜木味、大片玻璃，看出去風景很愜意，房間很大、床墊是高級的，很好睡～早餐很豐盛，有西式中式😋
入住前看評論時有點擔心：隔音不好、服務不好、車道管理員態度如何…！
我們7/7住311房
入住完全沒有遇到這些問題，反而覺得特別安靜、環境很舒適、比很多飯店都還滿意，房間裡的泡湯也是好大、溫泉水洗的身體滑溜溜🌸
車道管理員態度非常好耶！引導我們停車充電🔋
充電一整晚都免費～讓我們電動車沒有里程焦慮😂

訂房網站上並未特別註明大眾湯在週一上午不能使用，週日入住時櫃檯人員只說住宿房客可以前後兩天各使用大眾湯一次，未說明週一上午例行保養不開放。
我們在隔日週一上午才發現不能使用大眾湯，除非等到下午退房時間之後，才能使用。但我們退房後已另有行程，不可能回來再使用。與飯店主管溝通後，也表示沒有任何替代使用時間的可能性，並宣稱訂房網站上沒有保證可以使用大眾湯。這種感覺頗不舒服。
早知道就不會在週日去住宿。住家距離飯店只有半小時，若非兩天都可使用大眾湯，根本就不會去那裡住宿。
